Merry Christmas

Friends,

I wanted to take a minute and wish everyone a Merry Christmas. I like to look back and reflect on all the good things in 2013, the friendships I've made, the projects I've completed, and the wonderful ebb and flow of life. For me, 2013 will go down as the year I completed my GTM, but that doesn't quite capture the experience. As everyone that is building their own car knows, it's as much about the journey as the outcome. And I have so many people to thank that have helped me on my journey. So here's a toast to Ron, Ron, Vidal, Mike, Mike, Mike, Mike, Tino, Steve, Dan, Richard, Hugo, Len, Shane, Ted, Shaun, Karl, Eric, and everyone else on this forum that I've missed - Merry Christmas, Happy New Year - May your days be filled with laughter, horsepower, hot women, and cold beer.

Like to take this time to give a very big shout out to everyone on the forum. The experience of "living" here, and following the great journeys of all the members, makes it feel like family, a very large family.

Thanks Michael. Very kind sentiments. I got a text of wishes for a Merry Christmas from a great friend and forum member earlier today. I was really having a crappy morning (due to work), and I have to say it really lifted me up. Thanks Gary. The people here are truly second to none. I've said it before, and I'll continue to... I consider you to all be good friends.

I sincerely hope that the Christmas Holidays bring something special to all of you.

The pedal was pushed to the floor with a smile
then the tires lit up, and smoked for a while.
The passenger's butt was pushed back in her seat
the smile on her face said "Boy, this is neat!"
The dozens of drivers that we had just passed
all gawked as they drove by, while we filled our gas!
Even Santa and Rudolph stopped to look in mid-flight,
Saying merry Christmas to all, and to all a good night!
