This beautiful, professionally-built Mk3 427 roadster has been the flagship of the Factory Five company for almost 5 years. In that time, the car was owned and driven only 1500 miles by Factory Five President Dave Smith.

The car has been a company show-car and has headlined numerous national shows, having earned "Best of Show" at World of Wheels in Boston 2010. It has also been shown in national events like Goodguys, SEMA, Syracuse Nationals, Charlotte AutoFair, and the Hot Rod Power Tour.

Built to a strict vintage specification, the car is painted in a deep blue metallic with period-correct wimbledon-white stripes, 15" Pin-drive Halibrand wheels wearing new Drag T/A DOT legal tires, accurate details down to the SC dash lay-out, and correct authentic 427 side oiler engine with Tremec TKO500 5 speed transmission.

Other details include:

- Ford 8.8” Independent Rear Suspension with 3.55 gears
- Ford disc brakes all around
- Complete set of authentic Smiths gauges
- Leather Seats
- Leather Door Pockets
- Glove Box
- Windshield Wipers
- Wind Wings
- Oil Cooler
- Trigo Pin Drive Wheels: 15X7.5” front and 15X9.5” rear

The car is being sold as-is for $49,900 with its Factory Five certificate of origin. It will also be listed in the next few days on Ebay.

Sending to everyone I know. I'll take it if you can take a post dated, third party, out of state check. ;)

I would love to be able to buy this car but I do have to chuckle at the silver corrugated top radiator hose.

If someone will pay me $39k for mine, I would gladly upgrade!
I always dreamed of a 427 side oiler! Beautiful car!

Didn't notice the hose but I had to chuckle at the driveway chalk art in the first photo.

Guys, I have set in this car.. It fits and feels right. Its done right and you won't be disappointed. That deep throaty sound gives you a tingle up your leg.

Knowing where you have been, I think Dave now has to discount the car by $10,000 because you soiled it by sitting in it :D

Sounds like a deal! If Dave autographs the glovebox, that would REALLY sweeten the deal!!

Thanks,
