Been lurking for many months & have decided to pull the trigger very soon. I have a very good idea of what I want but still struggle when reaching for the phone ! I'm an old 'Nam combat vet with my first Son (at almost 12) ready to help.
Sold my possibly last motorcycle a few months ago, a purpose built Hayabusa with 5 gal fuel cell, Hella DE auxillary lighting, heated clothing, cruise, voltmeter, gps, Sirius, radar detector, chain oiler. Fairly serious long distance bike used in some IBA events. My last ride was in Nevada & produced 1079 miles in 10 hrs 28 min, was shooting for a 1k in 10 hr ride. Leaving that insanity & now back to my lifelong dream of having a nice performance street rod.
Spent many years fabricating & building Harleys from the ground up in the late '70s 'to early 80s before going into computer/electronics field.

You can't go wrong IMO with the FFR 33. I built one and loved the build as well as the final product. Check out mu build thread and best of luck with your decision.

These guys have been a tremendous help during my build. I am far from complete and I'm sure I will have more stumbling blocks. Good luck, and if you need anything, maybe I can help. Good luck, Evan.

Thanks Evan & Gordon.
I have been wanting to stop by your shop Gordon, I will be down to take a look around sooner now that I know you have a 33 there.
