These are compatibile with Subaru P/N 11140AA150 and 11140AA046. These cover a wide range of 2.0, 2.2, and 2.5 Turbo and NA models. To determine if your car uses either of these models, click the links, select "usage information" under the various models in the USA section and see if your car is listed.

I'm in for an Aluminum one. Un-anodized is OK, or I'd join in a batch of black or blue for $5.

Same here, but with a strong preference for blue.

I'll take an aluminum one then prefer black anodize

Put me down for aluminum - anodized black. If anodizing turns out to be blue due to demand then I'd rather raw aluminum finish.

2.0 please.

I want an Aluminum one. Un-anodized is OK or if needed will take the black or blue, prefer the blue. I have the 2004 2.0 WRX engine

Add this to the list of parts I'm getting from ya. Let me go with blue anodized for an 06 wrx.

At this point I'm going to go with all unanodized. There hasn't been enough agreement on a single color to justify the cost. I'm going to place the order this week and hope to have them by the new year.

If you're on the list and haven't confirmed whether you need a 2.0 or 2.5L stick, please do.

Craig, any plans to offer an Al wheel speed sensor plug?

I need to model it as a 1 piece (mine were aluminum/delrin) then I can have it quoted if there's interest.

Small update. Handles are almost done. The end needs to be faced off and a transverse hole drilled.

Count me in. If I include a coolant relocation bracket will shipping increase? If not then I should be sending $86.50, correct?

Mechie3

Shipping would be about 50 cents more. The large size of the box (20" long) seems to be the driver of the price, not the additional weight of the bracket.

Wow, these look awesome! Hopefully not the last batch; gotta save my pennies to building the car before I make it nicer!

If things sell well, I generally order a second batch. I ordered extra this time around to get an additional price break (which is they're only $40, not $45).

Decided to polish them during my lunch today after hitting the gym. lol

Sorry for the delay everyone, shipped out a bunch of boxes yesterday and the balance will go out today. Had a few things to deal with including my wife being in a hit and run accident in the Mini.

Sorry to hear that, Craig; hope she and the unborn are OK. Been seriously thinking about a dash-cam just for this.

My wife got rear-ended recently in her 135i by an 'undocumented'; actually worked out OK, since it was just cosmetic damage, we took the check from insurance and I 'buffed it out'.

She's fine now. She was pretty shook up and flabergasted as the concept of a hit and run is foreign to her. Went to the hospital and she was showing small contractions on the monitor about 6 mins apart. She couldn't feel them, but they kept us there for about 4 hours until they stopped.

She was mostly pissed that she's tried so hard to do everything correctly, exercise, eating right, no caffeine, etc and some idiot almost messed it all up in an instant.

Mini needs a new bumper, exhaust, and a hatch. Not something I can fix myself.

Glad to hear that everyone is OK. Family has to come first - everything else can easily wait.

Bumping this old thread. Took a while to find it.

I assembled a few more of these and currently have 2 for a 2.5l pan and 1 for a 2.0 pan ready to go.

Check out this post:

http://thefactoryfiveforum.com/showthread.php?16048-Oil-Pans-and-Dipsticks&p=175088#post175088

If you have an 05 pan and ordered a dipstick from me I need to exchange your part. You can use the dipstick I sent, but you'll add more oil than intended as the 06+ stick is shorter. Not all STI pans are created equal apparently.

If you do use the shorter dipstick, you end up with more oil, but I'm not sure it's a bad thing. The top level of oil will be the same relative to the bottom of the block as if you had an 06+ pan, so issues of overfilling shouldn't be a concern.
