I know a few have built their own A-arms, and am sure I have seen the pictures of them, but have been unable to find them recently. Does anyone have dimensions of the front A-arm points and ball joint location, especially in CAD, that they could share? I have the bushings pressed out of mine and will likely measure them anyway, but an extra reference is always nice to double check the numbers! For those that fabricated their own arms, if you have dimensions of your ball joint cup, those would be welcome as well. The last set of A-arms I built were non-sprung, so I got away with a really thin cup (~.180 thickness) around the ball joint on a 3900lb track car. I always planned on going back and reinforcing them, but haven't yet. :)

You might want to reach out to Joel,, better known as JCHRACER. I remember him saying he had CAD files for the suspension pieces. My ball joint cup is made out of 1" plate,,, very wispy. :) As memory serves it's a 10 degree taper.

That upper mount is hard core!

I have the connecting point locations for the lower arm in CAD now, and will measure the upper arm as well. Attached as a zipped sldprt.
