I'm head to the Texas hill country to attend Austins Cobra Club spring meet in San Marcos TX. I will travel to Alpine Tx day to meet up with 10 cobra guys. I'm getting away from it all and taking some of it with me.

The Southwest cobras left San Marcos at 7:30 a.m.& I made it back home to E.P last night at 9:30 pm. This was the most exciting drive I have ever had in any car/motor cycle I have traveled in. The car never skipped a beat..except when we purchased c_ _ __y gas at a Shell station. :( In fact several cobras at the TCC where having issues with bad gas. I now feel that my car is ready for graduation. My expectations of experiencing driving my car were exceeded by 10 times. The 40 lbs of stuff in the trunk made here ride sooooo smooth..and she ran at 70mph at 1,900 rpm's...she really wanted to run at 100mph. Pics below enjoy.

Now you know why I have been on you for so long to finish up and go with us on our rides. Now that you have had one great trip, lets get together and plan another one.

Charles, great to see you again. We miss your business trips. Sorry y'all had carb trouble. That is the only type of crappy gas we can get around here. Glad y'all arrived home safely. See you next year.
