The carbon fiber covers that come with the MKIV Challenge kit, seem pretty rigid to just "drill and mount around the roll bars". Also given there are 2 bars per panel, this is adding to the install complexity. (pic attached)
Anyone have any lessons learned on getting these things mounted around the bars without 1) cracking the carbon fiber, or 2) scratching the hell out of the bars or body? Anyone use a different material that is more flexible?
