As I sit in my warm and cozy home on this cold November morning drinking my coffee I need to pause and give thanks for all the great help from FFR employees, from top to bottom. I'm also extremely thankful for the long distance relationships that I've made with many of the early 818 kit builders!

What's next? Coffee, great old rock tunes, family time (my son is home from RIT) turkey and my wife's amazing butterscotch cheesecake!

Who wudda thought of combining scotch and butter to get one of the world's best flavors? Genius for sure!

My boys are home from school, and all is right with the world! Surrounded by my bride, my boys, and a few of their friends who couldn't make it home, my dogs, and a feast prepared by my amazing wife. I am thankful for so many things, I couldn't fit it all here! I am giving thanks.

May you all be surrounded by that which is most precious to you!

Regards,

Steve

Due to my dear wife Mary's very poor health, we will not be traveling to family this year for Thanksgiving. But I will be preparing a full Thanksgiving dinner menu just for the two of us at home. I'm substituting chicken for turkey, but the usual sides of dressing, mashed potatos, gravy, multiple vegies and rolls will all make it to the table. And for dessert -- homemade Pinneapple Upside Down Cake!

For me, finding something for which to give thanks is easy -- My Mary, who is terminally ill with COPD, is still with me, though the medical experts had predicted otherwise. She continues to confound them and the progression of her disease. With a little luck, this will not be her last Thanksgiving.

I'm planning for a joyful day. Wishing the same to FFR staff and to all of my friends here on this remarkable forum.

Happy Thanksgiving!!!!!!!!!!

On behalf of everyone at Factory Five, and my family I send out all of our best wishes for a Happy Thanksgiving! This company, the friendships we've built over the years, the stories and adventures... All so much to be thankful for. My buddies went surfing this morning in the face of 30mph west winds, double-overhead waves and a cool 28 degrees in the air, 48 in the water. I chickened out! My family is heading up to Boston shortly for the big feast get-together. Enjoy every moment!

And to you all !
To my son Evan who was supposed to succumb to his illness at 6 months of age, we will be celebrating his 7th Bday in a week.
To the clever builds we have already seen that keep me occupied during trying times
We wish happy times for all those less fortunate
