Would a 20' or 24' U-Haul truck be big enough to pickup an 818s including all the boxes?

The 20' would be more than needed.

Quiny, we are saying 16' is very nice, but can be done with a 12'. please bring blankets and 2X4's to keep the powder coating nice and the frame off of the floor of the trailer. also, ratchet straps are a must. the 818 with no options is 8 boxes, fitting in a short bed truck.

If you are planning on using a box truck, i would go with the next size up, being a 16'

thanks! Joe@FFRtech

Would a 33 HR Stage 2 kit fit in a full size pickup bed? Dodge RAM 1500?

I highly doubt it. The body can fill up a 12x6 enclosed trailer. See my 33 thread.

I know what doesn't work. I picked up my 818 from Stewart warehouse in Phoenix with a U--Haul "6x12 trailer with ramp". It would have worked if the tailgate was 6 feet wide, but it was only 57". Stewart lowered it in from the top onto my dolly but at home I had to remove all the body panels to roll it down the trailer ramp! All in all, my new baby was home 3 days sooner than being delivered. I just couldn't wait.:D

I would say No, since the '33 HR stage 2 includes the main body shell which would be longer then a pickup bed. plus, you will have roughly 10+ boxes in the stage 2
