Hi all,

8 Challenge racers will be at VIR this weekend starting with Friday Test/Tune, then Saturday and Sunday sprint races. I will be trying some new technology with video webstream from the pits, and maybe duct-taping my iphone to the racecar form some live incar footage.. (all dependent on if AT&T cell service is good enough at the track)

Live feed here: http://www.ustream.tv/channel/jgracing

In case the cell signal is working, the Sat race is 2:40 and the Sunday race is 1:20

Hi all, I have the webstream working now on the drive down to VIR.

Thats a cool idea John. I had the live web stream going on my laptop during the 25 hour while I was building my car. There is nothing like working on your machine to the sound of racing in the background. Usually working to the sound of racing means a high stress rush to get it fixed in time for the next race. Now its a rush to get the car finished to join you guys. I am really looking forward to it. Thanks for the inspiration.

John, awesome, that quad video is a bit of sensory overload lol. I get the impression Jim is not fond of Black Mustangs...

Spectacular competition racing! I watched both the split and quad screens and rate them both a 10. I had the pleasure of driving my roadster at VIR last summer in the HPDE program and my adrenaline couldn't have been higher sharing the experience. Thank you.

The quad screen is great to keep track of where everybody is during the race. With only one screen it's hard to know where the challenge cars are in relation to the other classes. It looks to me that the challenge cars can hang with all but the 911s mid corner. Thats impressive. Thanks for posting the video.

It was my experience that, even as a rookie driver, the challenge cars were HELD UP by everything mid-corner. There were plenty of cars that could squirt away after the apex, but, if I was behind someone up to that point, I was never cornering at 10/10ths.
