My car, recently purchased from original owner out of Ohio, has disc front, drum rear with ford 8.8 rear differental. I can't find proportioning valve. It has power brakes. If I jack it up, I can't get the rear wheels to stop....idling in first gear. It easily skids the front tires. What typically should this car have in place to make it stop right.?
