Any Roadsters in the Tampa area?

Hey everyone:

I'm close to embarking on my first build, after waiting 10 years for the right time (no more deployments!). I plan to build the MK4, and may be using my 10-second 1/4 mile '88 Mustang as my donor. There are quite a few questions about part compatibility between my Mustang and the kit. By taking the time to look at a Roadster, and asking the owner some questions, I should be able to finalize my parts list before I order the kit. Anyone who lives in the Tampa, FL area (or even Orlando), who would be willing to help, I'd greatly appreciate it. Thanks in advance!

Plenty of Roadsters in Central Florida. While I work in Tampa, I live in Lakeland. If you want to come over to Lakeland some weekend to see my Mk 3 I'd be happy to discuss (and a Fox Mustang owner as well). There are several Mk 3 and Mk 3.1s driving around the area and a few Mk 4s as well, so you should get some good responses, providing they check this forum! :D

I should be around most of the weekend. Sat until about 2pm I am out though. So Sat afternoon and pretty much all day Sunday I guess. That is if you want to make the drive over to Lakeland...

Awesome, Henry! I'd love to see your MK4 and 818. What times are good for you on Saturday and Sunday? I'd like to see if I can visit you and Mark on Saturday, but would make the trip south on Sunday, if I can't pull it off on Saturday.
