Wayne. I may be in the market for another set of wheels. Looking for something multi spoke, (more than 5) and a better overall fit. I am thinking maybe a bit narrower than the ones I bought from you. My rears right now will require a significant spacer to get around the control arms. Never hurts to have a couple of sets right?

Maybe a hard question, but I'll try and no worries if no one knows: Which XXR wheel has the most concave look to fit the 818?

Wayne could you put together a list of what XXR wheels will fit well, front and back? I have been looking but the different styles seem to have all differnt offsets. I would want a wheel that fits with no spacers needed, and I am not opposed to going with smaller tires (width).

Hi Wayne,
I'd like 530's in Chromium Black (5x100, obviously)
Front: 17" x 7", +35mm offset best?
(the next width up is 8.25", correct? I'd probably go with a modest front tire, and want to avoid stretching it or rubbing)
Rear: 18" x 8.75", what offset do you recommend? Are spacers required for good fitment (clear the arms and fit flush with the fender)?

Don't need wheels for the 818 (yet), but I do need one replacement 530 18x9.75+20 5-100/5-114.3 in Chromium Black for a different car. Can you swing that??

Mike, You can use my offset lower control arm and use no spacer.

Dru the "biggest that will fit" depends on what you mean. Fit under the body? Fit with stock trailing arms? Fit with a flared body?

Grassroots Motorsports likes to classify wheels that they review as either street wheels or wheels that will stand up to track conditions. How do the XXR wheels rate?

Hi Wayne, "the biggest that will fit a stock set up" is what I should have said. I know in the instruction manual it says 17x8 front and 18x9.5 with 40mm offset.

I really don't think they recommend a 9.5 in the rear. A 9.5 and +40 offset will absolutely hit the lower trailing arms with out spacers. A 9" +40 rear is the widest rear wheel that will fit.

How about 9.5 +45 offset with 10mm spacers?
That should fit, Erik did it on 265s. :)

I guess you could do a 9" +100 offset with 60mm spacers....

That's true! :)
