Massachusetts registration question

I'm still a ways away from building my car but do have some questions regarding going to the MAC Center. I would like to run the MSD Atomic EFI system but would that be a problem since it doesn't have OBD-II? I want to run a stroker motor, something like a 289, 363, 374, or 427 small block. A DOHC 4.6 would be my backup plan if I couldn't get the thing register. Any experiences/advice?

I have an 818s kit on order with a June pick up date. Have the donor WRX in my garage being stripped. I have not dealt with the MAC Center yet but have a phone number for it. I live in West Springfield and there is supposed to be a center here somewhere.
Have you called or gone there yet ?
