What sized clecos are needed to assemble the interior, I have read you need a lot but not what sizes. I have quite a few 3/16 but none smaller. Also does anyone use rivnuts if so were did they get the kit?

Reading the manual, it looks like most of the rivets are 1/8 with some 3/16 also. Rivnuts are available from McMaster-Carr.

Box of 1/4-20 rivnuts is provided. Most rivets are 1/8.

Really only need 1/8 clecoes. I sell them, as well as the drill bits on my web site if you need them
Thanks Mike

I do not know how Mike has them packaged, I bought a package of 25 and can accomplish most tasks with that quantity (skip a few holes).

I bought 50 1/8 inch ones. They are cheap and I'm a better safe than sorry kind of thinker.

Thanks Guys I don't have my kit yet, Just gathering parts and tools. I kind of wish they would send you the assembly manual when you order, It would make the gathering more efficient.

25 is plenty, you don't need to do every hole. I have 25-30 tied up in another project too
the little clamp ones can come in handy, I have 4 of those. Wish I had 1/2 dozen 3/16
I used a bunch of smaller riv-nuts. Buy them from McMaster./com http://www.mcmaster.com/#nut-certs/=p7meap
