The Factory Five show and event truck was loaded and headed west for Las Vegas last night. This year, we have 14 Factory Fives in the 2013 SEMA Show. We are lucky to have a tremendous amount of support from the Factory Five community. Factory Five customers will be helping in the booth, displaying their cars, and adding a ton of depth to our show effort. Here are a few photos of some of the cars we are taking.

Our best-selling Factory Five Mk4 Roadster is heading to SEMA with new Sherwin Williams paint colors, 18″ prototype Halibrand Replica Wheels, and upgraded Coyote 5.0L engine.

Nate Johnson’s ’33 Hot Rod drove this year’s Hot Rod Power Tour and will be displayed in our booth at SEMA 2013. Shown here with soft top, Salt Flats rims, and bike fenders.

There will be 4 all-new 818 cars at this year’s SEMA Show. This red 818S shows the new soft top design.

Factory Five customer Gary C. has built another jaw-dropping GTM. This one is set to debut in Toyo Tires display.

Our partners at Wilwood Brakes contracted a 818S for their crew. This one is showing plenty of carbon panels, Wilwood’s new 6-piston front and 4-piston rear calipers, and if you noticed, right hand drive for our Australian, United Kingdom, and RHD countries.

These are just a few of the cars that will be at this year’s show. Factory Five customer Karen Salvaggio is bringing her race Coupe and her West Coast Championship Challenge Car. Factory Five customer Wayne Presley will be unveiling his 818S with the crew from Toyo Tires. Gary Hagar from Hack Shack is bringing his ’33 Hot Rod for the featured vehicles area. We have a few more surprises planned and will have full show and event coverage on our website, on the forums, and our Facebook page. The effort from everyone at FFR AND from customers has been pretty humbling. Last thursday night I was working late in my office upstairs. I am usually the last one out at the end of the day. When I walked downstairs, there was a crowd, wives, meatball sandwiches, a few kids running around, guys working on the two 818's, music playing, and everyone working hard and enjoying some great fellowship. I LOVE this company, this place and the cars and parts we're putting out the door have never been better. I'm stoked for this year's SEMA show. We've got some great partner companies and community members helping out. It has been a tough month for everyone here at FFR, but the cars show the effort! I'll try and have the guys post each day for those of you who can't make the show.

I'm totally impressed with the lineup of cars above, but particularly the new red car, which is just stunning. And I love the top. It actually ADDS to the appearance of the car. I'll be ordering one of those for sure for the 818S kit that found it's its way into my garage workshop a week or so ago. Exciting!

I'd wish you luck at the SEMA show, but you won't need any. You guys are PREPARED!!! I Wish I could be there. I'll just have to get my gratification from the forum. Lots of photos, please!

Another year and another SEMA I am not attending. Best of luck to your crew and the new rides you'll be displaying. I thought I was jealous of Nate's supercharged roadster and now I see he has a '33 in his stable. I really hate him now!

I'll be watching and waiting for reports from the show floor Dave!

Dave-

You and the entire team have an awful lot to be proud of! I cannot imagine the amount of work that had to be done to get everything ready, and you all have put together an outstanding lineup of cars! Congratulations to everyone as you get ready to take SEMA by storm!

I have a hunch that the phone may be ringing a bit more when you all return.

Congratulations to each of you. Well done!

Regards,

Steve

I'm very sorry to miss this years SEMA, I would love to see this years lineup in person. I will really miss seeing all the folks as well, that's always the best part of the show.
Have a great show and hope to see you there next year.

Thanks Mark! I'm sure you'll get out there soon enough. Damn, I have a meeting with Doug Evans and the boys at Source Interlink, bummer to miss you!

RUSS!!! Is this the first SEMA you'll miss? I will definitely miss seeing your grumpy old face... Seriously, I got an email from Borden yesterday (haven't had the time to reply yet) and I thought of you and many of the original So Cal/Nor Cal crew from the Knotts days.. Miss Roger Stine for sure. I hope to see some of your cohorts and I'll be sure to make fun of you behind your back (kidding). We'll miss you.

The show looks to be VERY crowded this year with space at a premium and the show is cracking down on non-employee badges. We're all looking forward to it. I'm crazy busy and my daughter Jenny had to be admitted into the hospital last week for her CF (with luck she'll be out and doing better by Friday). Denise is up with her while I play mr. mom (read hungry, poorly-dressed children and cluttered house) and shoot between school and work.

Assuming all goes well with Jen, I am looking forward to the SEMA show next Tuesday with great anticipation. The Factory Five community, the 818, the Mk4 and GTM and Hot Rod, Karen's race cars, Presley's 818, Cheneys GTM, Hack Shacks 33 and some other cars will help show the automotive world what we've been doing lately!

Exactly as it hit me..The top adds to the look of the car and thats unusual..Nicely done FFR!

Just saw your comments on your daughter. No words to say how I feel. I hope she gets better soon.

PLZPLZPLZPLZPLZPLZPLZ bring the red 818 to huntington. I want to see it in person so bad. Last year's SEMA was so incredible, although it was pretty much a once in a lifetime thing for me.

OTL

Edit: how do we find out more about the paint? What style is it and how much will it cost?
