My daughter and I took a last minute cruise to Grafton yesterday. It was a very nice ride. I snapped a couple of cell phone pics.

Mike,

Always nice to take the coupe for a cruise and even nicer, to have someone to share it with. Nice pics ... thanks for posting.

Agreed! Saturday a cruise in the Daytona and Sunday a great day of sailing. Just about the perfect weekend. We saw about 60 degrees of heel today and took some water over the side. What fun!

What kind of boat do you have. I've wanted to get a day sailer for awhile now.

JC I have a Hunter 23.5'. It is a 1995 water ballast boat. It weighs 2000 lbs empty and takes on 1000 lbs of water for ballast. It trailers very nice due to the light empty weight. It has a huge cockpit and a decent cabin. It is a little tender in heavy winds, but you just need to manage your sail area. It sails nice on main alone and launches in as little as 24" of water.

Here are a couple of pics about 5 miles south of Key West:

Here is a video of a capsize test showing how safe it is. I always pops right back up when knocked down.
