Anyone have any tips for covering up the screw holes in the aluminum left by FFR for shipping?
Some are ok where a rivet wont look terrible but others are in the worst spots.
I do have some silver silicone that might blend in a little bit.
Any thoughts?

I do not know there the holes are in the 818 sheet metal, when building other FFR's I have always tried to use the hole for a rivet since most of them get covered with something.

If you're painting, sand or file any burrs flush, then fill with JBweld, bondo, or similar epoxy, sand flush. Ok, that's one idea, I'm curious what ideas will show up also.
If it's appropriate, you could use the spot to mount a decal or a small component.

I put rivets in those holes when I built my Cobra too.
Same. Just put a rivit in those holes. You can fudge your spacing to make it look right. Trust me. NOBODY will ever make a comment about your rivit spacing.

I used some for rivets and adjusted my spacing according to where the hole is. Others were far enough hidden I didn't worry. If my welder had been working at the time I would have welded it, sanded, and then powdercoated.
