I cant tell if the engine accessories were damaged, but it looks like a good deal if the engine is OK.

You have to be careful with the 01-04 Tremec 3650. They are known for bending the 1-2 shift forks with hard shifting, eating synchros like penny candy and the nylon pads on the shift forks coming loose and making issues in the tranny. Mods to the tranny are out there (Gorilla forks, better synchros and bronze fork pads) but they aren't cheap. Otherwise, you have a very good start for a donor there. The hydraboost/power steering is a good plan, the brakes are good (11"F & 10.6"R), you can even move the ABS over to the MK4. You can even part out the carcass to recoup some $$.
