Looking for a sandwich plate that I can connect my oil temp probe into. I'm not using an external remote filter or oil cooler.

Something like this ?
http://www.glowshiftdirect.com/oilfiltersenderadapter-20mm15thread-1.aspx

There is probably 12 more on ebay, depends on color and brand.

That is neat! Unfortunately (or not), I don't need it.

I bought that one a year ago. Does not work as advertised, at least for me. The oil temp worked before I installed it and has never work since. The sender and gauge check out fine. My nguess is the probe is not
going through to the oil flow.

If you are using the stock mustang pan, check with fortes. I have an adapter he used to make that goes in the stock low oil sensor port and the temp sensor fits in that spot.

Mike, if all you are looking for is a place for the probe, I have seen some guys use a brass T fitting on the oil pressure sending unit and add the temp probe there.

You should NOT "T " a temperature sender the fluid must be able to flow over it, you can "T" a pressure fitting.

No stock pan.

Didn't Mike Fortes have one of the 90 degree adapters with a place to put the probe?
