Delrin bushing its now available for doors, hood and trunk hinges.

Tim, do these replace the bronz ones that come with the kit? Do they work with the supplied shoulder bolts and the ones you make?

Thanks,
Doug

Doug,

Yes, they replace the bronze ones from the kit. I can supply them to fit the trunk and hood with my stainless steel bolts but the doors have to use the factory supplied bolts as I can't source a reasonably priced precision stainless shoulder bolt.

I custom fit each bushing to the bolts and there isn't the excess clearance between the bolt and bushing experienced with the bronze units. In addition, because my parts are a two part bushing, the bearing surface is greater by 200 - 400 % on most parts.

Pricing and shipping are on my web site: kootenaivalleycustoms.com

Thanks,

Pretty sure he did. His website doesn't work anymore either

I think I may have bought his last bumpsteer kit.
I probably have his phone number somewhere as I talked with him about the kit before I bought it.
