From Box 6A and says its for the trunk.
But where does this go? I have the trunk in and I don't think I need it.
Any ideas?

I believe it is the rear wheel house section. between the side of the trunk to the body. It get installed after body is on and gets bulb seal.

That is the same part number for my MKIII drivers side rear splash guard. It could be different shape with the changes in the versions. I looked at it wrong the first time so I checked mine in the garage (haven't installed yet) and they look the same. I was thinking of the front ones. WEK.

It's this pice right here. Only mine was powdercoated black.
