I know this has been talked about numerous times, but wanted to get the latest opinion regarding the pedal adjustment.
Using 347ci/TK600 manual cable (FFR std)....set the pedal for "NO" pedal drop?
Also, anyone know of a good bolt-on hydralic clutch pedal setup - can be installed easily with body on???
Also, I'm using the FFR cable and see I should upgrade - anyone have the replacement number?

It took me a while to get used to the "no pedal drop" but it is OK after you see how the cable system works. I was programed to give a little pedal drop from my mechanical linkage days. I only have 167 miles on mine but I have dropped the clutch a few times now and done some aggressive shifting. So it has settled in and done what stretching it is going to do, I think. So I took up the very little slack with about a 1/2 turn of the firewall quadrant adjustment. When I press down, there is about 1/2 inch or so of soft clutch pedal and then it stiffens up. The clutch disengagement is at about half pedal. It seems perfect for speed shifting. I'm used to real tight Hurst throw shifter and racing linkage so this is different with the top shifter. So with a non-adjustable cable you have to hold enough pressure to keep the ball in the clutch arm and then add just a bit more for the weight of the pedal assembly and it works great. With an adjustable cable it is a little easier to judge. BTW, I have Wilwood pedals, Ram clutch assembly, and Forte quadrant. I will probably switch to an adjustable cable after this one wears out or gets damaged. Hope that helps. Good luck, WEK.
