First of all, I had everything (electrically) working, took body off, put back on and Murphy showed up.
Actually, all the lights/directionals/dash are working except both front low beams. High beams OK
Changed switch thinking it was that!
I set up the lights with plugs so there is no chance of mixing what wire colors go with what!
Separated the brown light connector in foot box leading to the front lights and see I'm getting no power to the low beam red wire at that point.
So, I simply jumped the red wire front the brown connector to the red wire(s) pin (tried both not sure which one is power in and the one going to the low beams) at the dash switch - and the only thing that happens is the head lights do go on, but in the High Beam Mode (even triggering my dash high beam indicator). Now I'm reallty confused since basically nothing has been touched since I had them working previously.

First, can anybody tell me which switch pin location (since there are two wires going into the dash switch) is the one with which feeds the low beams?
Second: any advice to what the heck is going on???
Note: while I did jump the red wire(s) from the switch to the brown connector area in the footbox, I "DIDN'T" remove or cut the existing wire in question - hence maybe causing my attempt to bypass the trouble (???) wire to not work.
Not an electrical type of guy!!!

Sounds like you are dealing with the Ron Francis harness along with the FFR/Francis headlight switch...yes? If so when the push/pull switch is in the full on position you should have headlight feed power going to the on/on toggle switch via the light blue wire which gets landed on the center pole. Obviously you must have that since you are getting the high beams so verify power through the switch at the other two poles; depending on the toggle position you should have power out to the headlights through the red wire for low beams or the brown wire for highs. Check that and let us know what you find...
