FFR kit 4431K received June 2003 and completed December 2005. Car registered January 2006 in the state of Tennessee as a 2006 HMD.
This car was built with drivability in mind so I didn't go nuts with horsepower/cam etc. The build was based on a 1990 donor with 60k miles.
The 5.0 fuel injected engine was totally reworked, bored .030 with 10.5:1 pistons, crank turned .010. Heads re-worked to standard specs. Total new valve train with Comp 266H cam which is very close to factory stock 5.0 cam with a little more lift. Transmission is a World Class T-5 completely reworked with Ford Racing rebuild kit. Rear is standard 4 link 8.8 19529195301953119532195331953419535195361953719538 with new 3.55 gears.
Front suspension was built with Levy Racing billet aluminum upper and lower a-arms with heim joint adjustments. Steering is Flaming River 20:1 (4 turns lock to lock) rack and pinion with solid connector shaft (no rag joint) for more direct steering with better feed back.
Brakes and five lug axles and spindles are Ford Racing M2300K package with 13" front discs with COBRA embossed calipers and 11.65" rear discs with integral parking brake. Wheels are 17" Halibrand Cobra lll 5 lug spline lug wheels with 245/45 Nito tires front and rear. These Halibrands were made for the Ford Racing M2300K brakes to fit around the 13" front discs.
The kit was ordered with the following options: Powder coated frame (an option at the time), Chrome single roll bar, Forward tilting hood hinge, Chrome front and rear bumper overiders, Ceramic coated 4 into 4 tube headers, Ceramic coated 4 into 1 side pipes, Wind Wings, and Smith guages.
The car was built pretty much by the book with only a few mods. those being: Trunk mounted battery box with Ultima gell cell battery, Master battery switch, Breeze Automotive driver and passenger seat adjusters and Breeze Automotive radiator closing panel.
The car is painted with Dupont Chromabase base/clear paint system in Guards Red ('77 Porsche). Interior is standard FFR black seats, dash and carpets.
This car has less that 2000 miles. Never driven in the rain. Excellent drivability, a pure delight!
Price $39,000 or best offer.

GJerry-

Very nice build! Clean, well organized, and nice attention to detail. I am sure you have your reasons, but I bet you will be sorry to see her go. Good luck with the sale!
