Brown Wire From Ignition to Alternator

Help...with a single wire alternator set-up, what do I do with the brown wire from the ignition?

You don't use it. I cut my brown wire out. I also traced the two red wires back to the union where the two come together (about 6 inches or so into the loom) and just use the single wire to the alternator.
