818 and Equal Length Header?

I have an 06 WRX (EJ25) donor and would like to add an Equal Length Header (Perrin) but is there a space problem in the 818S? If there is a problem installing the engine with that header, can it be installed after the engine is installed? Thanks!

Hi,
Yes a Perrin Header will fit. We have a very similar header on our 818S that R&D is currenlty working with to finish the Build Manual.

For others seeing this, I want the equal length header for increased power and improved sound. (There goes another $800)

I was told to avoid equal length headers because it destroyed the nice sound.
