Roll center heights, adjustable

I can set my front roll center height on my Mark I using an adjustable monoball in my front upper a-arm. The range is roughly 0" to 4.5". It's also using a replacement spindle adapter that reduces the SAI. The rear is an IRS retrofit, non-pin drive. The car is street driven and used fairly seriously for autocross. Hoosier A6 tires. Numerous other modifications.

I'm curious what other people are finding for effective roll center heights in the front, and reports on effects on car response with different heights. I think I recall the rear roll center height being about 4.5"
