Hi -
This for anyone who's lives in NJ and has successfully completed an FFR build and has successfully Titled, Registered and Insured an FFR car? I'm considering ordering a Type 65 Coupe but before committing I wanted to research the registration and insurance process for this car (or any FFR car) in New Jersey. Any help or info is greatly appreciated.
Thanks
Lee

Lee,
There are 100+ Cobra replica owners living in NJ who have gone through the process with FFR's, ERA's, SPF's Contemporary's, BDR's, Unique's and a host of others. I know of five FFR Coupes who have been through the process in NJ to date, most likely more as I am not as connected as I used to be there :D . Personally, I've done 14 in NJ (now in PA for the moment) without any issues. Call the special titles division on state street in Trenton, ask for the "kit car package", follow the instructions and you'll be good to go.
Where in NJ are you located, I ask as once a month (usually the second Sunday of the month) we have a Cobra group who gets together for breakfast at the ChesterHills Diner, RT206 in Chester, NJ. As with SAAC, ownership is not required, but enthusiasm is.
