I am going to buy a 4 post lift, has anyone dealt with North American Auto Equipment in No. Attleboro ? I have looked at their web site and Greg Smith Equipment in Hudson NH and comparing the Greg Smith Atlas 408-SL 8000 to the North American FP 8K-DS-XLT.
The North American goes a little higher and is a little wider and longer than the Greg Smith, it also has a 5 yr. structural warranty compared to a 2 yr. and comes with the set of casters that the Greg Smith does not include, so depending how the customer service is may be the deciding factor.
Thanks in advance for any information anyone can provide.

I have a bendpak, no idea on those brands, 4 posts are pretty simple
the casters don't really matter by design if you put a 4 post lift down on 4 car dolleys it lifts the posts and you can roll it around

If your overhead clearance is tight, check the distance between the stops. some are 6" and some are 4". could make a big differance!

I have one, decent lift. I just use it for storage of a Camaro and oil changes here and there. I purchased it at the Attleboro location. Nothing special, but for the price I would buy again.

I bought a Worth 4 post and had it narrowed to 8'6" inside. I like the commercial lifts, better safeties IMO and the height isn't limited to
4 or 6" increments and the extra leg hgt lets me store a car up there with over 6' clearance under it. More money but the air safeties are a PITA
and if the rod safeties get bent at all they fail to engage instead of fail safe.

I bought the tall version of the 7K (or 8K) lift from Greg Smith in NH. Been very happy with it so far. I am in RI so you are welcome to take a look at it sometime if you would like.

I went to Greg Smith's with all intentions of buying the 8k four post lift and a 3500 lb. capacity sliding jack, but ended up buying an 8k two post lift. I never intended to use it to park another vehicle underneath so with full access to the underside of the vehicle I went with the 2 post. Hopefully I made the right choice.
