AZPete has a Radiator shroud(?) that looks KILLER:

I gotta have that! does anyone have a template, or a technique to create one. It seems doing one in floppy posterboard be kind of a hassle due to the large surface area.
Anyway, tips or ideally, a template would be appreciated! I'm overdue in finishing up the trim pieces of my roadster and this is definitely on the list!

PS If that aluminum is called something other than a shroud just let me know and I'll fix the thread title...
