Took my rolling chassis to SMG performance (Where FFR is getting their 818R tuned) last Saturday for it's initial tune and start up. Other than some fuel leaks on the gas tanks there were really no other issues. One problem is that it wasn't until today that my springs arrived for my new KONIs so I had some old pro shocks on it with some square steel tubing as a spacer where the springs go to get the car rolling. But it's running fine and we decided not to try dynoing it until I get it finished, aligned, triple checked all over, and get a couple hundred miles on it to break it in seeing the motor is now brand new. Now it is back home and I have a slew of things to do this weekend. Body in primer is being finished Tuesday and then it's off for the headliner to be installed before being mounted to the chassis.
