What kind of experience did you have? I haven't done business with them. It's good to know who not to deal with.

Without details, it just looks like a drive by posting trashing a potential vendor. And because of the nature of the internet, many of us have seen situations like this boil down to something less than the first accusation. In fact, the issues involved clearly showed the vendor was completely innocent.
More importantly, has the issue even been brought to their attention? Did they get a chance to fix things right? Or is this just what it looks like, trash mouthing someone because their feelings got hurt? All too often we see exactly that sort of thing.
If there is still an ongoing dispute, resolve that first. Don't expect much to be done here about it until that happens.

no dipute simple they dont honor their warranty .and i am not going to persue it even if they offered to give me replacement for free whitch they have not i would dot take it .i dont want to have keep replacing junk parts i will buy someware else after i do resurch this time o buy yhe way google monster transmission complants i hope you have lots of time to read.
I feel your pain as I also had a bad experience with another "big name" trans builder, TCI. Other than perhaps a flexplate I will never buy anything from TCI.
I ended up having a performance trans shop in Northern NJ fix the TCI trans. Since you are in NY they might be an option for you. The name of the shop is "Level 10".
Pulling a transmission out of a completed HR is no fun task.

Olli, just jumping in with a great poing on finding someone somewhat local when ever possible. It's easy to get lured into big names or experts and then when you have a problem they are 1000 miles away and not able to take your call. For tremmec stuff, Hanlon in St Peters PA seems top notch and just did a rebuild on my T5 for me.
Scott
Scott,
You are right about Hanlon. If I was looking to get a T-5 built up or a Tremec re-built I would call Hanlon. I actually know Bob.
In this case, the issue is with an automatic trans. Bob doesn't do them.

I'm not defending the vendor - but a story too long to tell usually involves someone not getting things done for free, or not understanding the limits of a simple financial transaction. It becomes a tale of expectations instead of cold hard facts.
It's happened to me, too, and one of the tell tale signs is going back and discovering that "due diligence" research before money changed hands meant the deal wouldn't have been done. All those negatives existed before. I sure do it now.
I hasn't been answered: what was done to make things right on both sides? The devil is in the details. "They don't honor their warranty" is a bit vague. One thing for sure, very few honor warranties on parts used in competition, or for purposes beyond the normal design intent of the device.
It's in the Court of Public Opinion now, and the burden is to justify the post with some corroborating evidence you've been done wrong.

The problems I have with this thread - and why it will be closed - are many.
First of, it's a hit and run. No explanation at all. We have no idea what happened.
#2 It's not a forum vendor, and they have no way to respond unless they "happen" upon the thread.
#3 We have no idea what effort was made by the vendor to make it right. Again, no facts to go on.
You can't just jump in an post threads bashing a business (they aren't a vendor) unless you have made a significant attempt to get a situation straightened out and I don't see any evidence of that here.
The OP has been asked to explain the situation and he replied that it's "to (sic) long to type". Sorry, but that doesn't hold water. If you can't at least take the time to explain the situation as detailed as possible, why bother with the post at all?
There's nowhere for this thread to go but downhill. So instead of watching the slow-motion trainwreck as has happened with some other threads, I'm closing this one now.
