View Full Version : Hello and any roadster events in Houston / Louisiana Gulf coast?
Hello, I'm a newcomer to the forum and have really enjoyed reading about your (amazing) FFR builds. I'm in Houston - are there any regular FFR events in the area (or Louisiana Gulf Coast)? I'd love to see the cars and meet the owners and FFR community. I hope to build a MKIV - I've been a Cobra admirer for a while and was introduced to FFR through a colleague at work who built one.

There are no specific FFR events near Houston. There is a Houston Cobra Club which is part of the Texas Cobra Club that meets at least once a month. There are a lot of FFRs in the club and a lot of great people. I think they meet on the second Saturday of the month at different places around town. Looks like June 8 they will meet at Bone Daddy's on I-45 south for lunch.

I'm in the Rice Military between Memorial Park and Downtown, but I have not problem travelling. BTW -- I looked through your build site and POM pictures -- beautiful car.
