I am wondering if our deposit actually entitles us to anything. I could not stand the waiting, and ended up buying a Radical SR3. What can I do with my deposit? Can I sell my place in line (October 2013), or get a refund? Do I own my place in line? Just curious.

This has been asked numerous times in numerous threads. Do you recall checking this on the pre-order form?

Yup, these guys got it covered, although it would also be nice if you could email customer support and let them know you don't want your place in line any more. That way those of us who are trying to get bumped up in the production line will have a possibility of getting it earlier.
