The full kit FFR spindle takes care of all the front suspension upgrades that have come along over the years. You can use the sn95 mustang spindle and add the SAI mod kit from Whitby's but the FFR spindle is cleaner.

The kit spindle has improved geometry. The "SAI mod" that you will read about is incorporated.
Edit: Craig beat me to it.

Little bit of a tricky question. FFR sells two different spindles.
These spindles are available from FFR, but they are the same as '94 and '95 Mustangs, which most agree are the best donor spindles. Note they have a "dog-leg" shaped steering arm, while the '96 and later have a straight steering arm. http://www.factoryfiveparts.com/front-spindle-set/
These new spindles are available for the Mk4 and also the 33 Hot Rod. These are a new design, tooled and sold by FFR, that by all accounts are superior to donor style spindles. They have reduced bump steer, built-in SAI mod, and don't require the ball joint adapter on top. http://www.factoryfiveparts.com/mk4-spindle-set/
I would recommend the new Mk4 spindles. So if you agree, nothing to source yet. Buy them with the kit.
Edit: Two others beat me to it. See all the help you get?
