I am at the point of connecting the throttle cable to the firewall.
The instructions seem clear, except there seems to be one unclear item.
The manual says to unpack the throttle cable and cut the cylinder end off.
Then the manual goes on to attaching the cable sheath to the firewall.
Just to be clear -- the cylinder end (which is now cut off) should be on the engine side of the firewall and a ball should be on (and remain on) the interior of the firewall.
And I do not cut the ball side off.
Thanks,
H

Correct. The ball end connects to the top of the go pedal. The free (cut off end) will connect to the throttle linkage.

No worries if you botch it up, I messed mine up and needed to order a new cable. FFR has a bunch of them.
