Annual Lomonaco Memorial Run

Hey everyone it's that time of the year for our annual Lomonaco Memorial Run. This year we take a turn to honor both John and unfortunately his son Scott. On Sunday May 26th we will meet at Super Car Sunday (Topanga & Erwin) in Woodland Hill. We will leave there at 10:00 and cruise to PCH for lunch. Hope everyone can join us.

John Lomonaco purchased a Mark III kit and had his son Scott age 22, build it for him. John learned a lot from his son and was extremely proud of him. Scott built a beautiful roadster. From the 1st go-cart run and every drive there after John always had the biggest grin on his face. John passed away suddenly and only had about 6 months to enjoy the finished car.
So every year in May we have the Lomonaco Memorial Run to honor John. Last year, just a few weeks after our last Memorial Run for John, Scott was killed in a car accident. It broke our hearts. Scott had helped so many guys with their cars. This year we will be honoring both John and Scott on our Memorial Run.

Thanks Mike. I was aware of Scott's death and his dad, I wasnt sure of the dates and times of the run and perhaps we can do something special next year as we travel each year out to HB. We've lost so many really amazing people in this community and it makes me so happy and proud to see everyone gather and support each other. Thanks so much. Dave
