Photo 99 of 153 from Bad to the Bone 33HR

$Check out the black line that runs the length of bone in the tip of my middle finger and into the joint. The technical term for this is a "Social Finger" crushing fracture of the distal phalange. You can achieve this many ways but mine is from dropping the rear axle off jack stands on my welding bench. Had this same injury happen to my thumb 35-years ago. I guess I just didn't learn from that experience. My tip to others: Try to avoid this whenever possible.$
