Also test mounted rear fenders to measure how much has to be cut to fit MT Drag Slicks. The low-growth bias ply 28" diameter drag slicks will grow ~1" at 150 MPH so I'm making room for 30" tires. That should be plenty of room for the bias ply drag slicks and even 30" radial drag slicks (radials don't grow). If I have to go bigger than 30" the rear fenders will have to be removed and the gear ratio changed so that's not likely to happen.
