One of these welds was made with a TIG process and the other was with MIG -- can you tell the difference?

Some sanctioning bodies require TIG or MIG welding of mild steel tubing and TIG welding of all chrome molly tubing (like TIG is somehow stronger than MIG). Both processes were used on the mild steel A513 Type-5 DOM & A500 tube chassis.
